The Chartered Compliance and Cyber Analyst (CCCA) professional exam is written thrice every year that is, first week of April, August and Decemeber of every year for members who have discharged all their financial obligations. The level one papers shall consist of 50 objective questions, level two papers shall consist of 20 objective questions and 3 subjective questions. The final level 3 papers shall consist of 5 subjective questions only.

Financial obligation refers to the payment of approved membership fee, exams fees and annual subscription fee.The CCCA Examination Board shall be in charge of setting CCCA exams questions and marking of scripts. Intentions to write the professional exams must be communicated to the CCCA Head Office or an accredited CCCA tuition provider electronically or by filling of the exams registration form and submitting it to the Head Office or an accredited CCCA tuition provider three (3) months to the examination.

Examination centers and time table will be communicated to all candidates two (2) months to every examination. Change of center by candidates after submission of entry form, where one examination center has been selected on the application form will not be allowed by the CCCA.

Candidates are entreated to give due consideration to several factors that may influence them before they choose an examination center, because the Association will prepare full list of candidates for each center they have personally chosen and failure to be at the venue will be treated as examination absence. The examination results will be communicated through the electronic mail provided by the candidate to the CCCA body one month after the exams. The CCCA examination pass mark is 50% for each subject. The minimum number of papers to be taken per every exams session is two (2) papers and the maximum is four (4) papers. When a candidate is unsuccessful in four attempts examination sitting, such a candidate would be withdrawn from the CCCA body examinations. CCCA members who apply for the examinations will not be allowed to cancel their application unless communicated to the CCCA body one month to the commencement of an exam.

As part of maintaining high standards as well as ensuring that members of the CCCA body are abreast with current trends and practices within the compliance and cyber industry, all CCCA members SHALL participate in an annual Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program at an applicable fee. Failure to attend the CPD implies expulsion from the CCCA body. Date and Venue for the CPD program shall be communicated to all members four months to the end of every year.
